VildaOOTD: April Vegan Streetstyle Edit

It’s spring, and with it, a wave of fresh new outfit inspiration is washing over Instagram courtesy of our favourite cruelty-free dressers. The takeaway lessons from this month’s VildaOOTD edit? The power of a good mid-season coat or jacket reigns supreme. From pastel hues with an attitude to the classic trench coat, there are many ways to cover up the cruelty-free way…until summer, that is.

Clara, Gothenburg // The Vashion Blogg

Clara’s lavender ensemble gets our vote as it’s the perfect blend of casual (the flats! The “cruelty-free” print tee!) and elegant (the tailored suit, the structured bag). And her chic haircut gets top marks as well.

Louise, Lille // Alias Louise

Oh, the beauty of an all-weather knit. It’s there for you in the spring, there for you in the autumn, there for you on chilly summer nights – at least if you live in colder climates. As Louise proves, the power of a good knit (get it here!) is everlasting. Pair with cropped trousers and your trusty Converse, and you’re on to a winner.

Lindsey, Seattle // Velvet Report

You might have spotted Lindsey in our March OOTD roundup, and this month she’s looking just as chic. The trench coat, the skinnies, the brilliantly matched leopard-print shoes – this is the epitome of a classically elegant outfit.

Marta, London // Marta Canga

How could we do an OOTD edit without an all-black outfit? Our favourite street style star Marta was featured in our very first VildaOOTD – and she is bound to make repeat appearances on the list. The key pieces to this look? The perfect vegan leather jacket (get yours here), the bring-it-everywhere-bag and the Chelsea boots (similar here).

Aine, Cornwall // Pea Soup

You might be familiar with Aine Carlin via her cookbooks, Keep It Vegan and The New Vegan (both gorgeous and delicious!), but did you know Aine is also a style superhero who’s been named the Most Stylish Vegan in the UK by PETA? This outfit shows just why she won that title – see how expertly she matches a romantic white dress with an edgy biker jacket? That’s what vegan fashion dreams are made of.

Want to be featured? Share your vegan outfits with the hashtag #VildaOOTD like the rest of our cruelty-free style stars, and you just might find yourself in next week’s roundup!
